Assignment rules
Who gets which template. Rules are checked top to bottom and the first match wins; anyone no rule matches gets the org-wide templates from the library view. Changes reach users within ten minutes.

Group rules need the group's object id from Entra, and the app registration needs the GroupMember.Read.All application permission. Attribute rules work with what the directory already holds — run Attribute coverage to see what's populated.
Campaign banners
A time-boxed image, added to every signature while its window is open. No template edit needed — it appears at the start time and disappears at the end. If windows overlap, the most recently started banner shows.

Banner clicks are tracked automatically — see the Link clicks view. Upload the banner image under Images first (PNG or JPG, ideally ≤ 600px wide).
Compliance footers
A legal block appended below every signature at send time — no template carries it, so no template can forget it. One footer per email domain, plus an optional default for every other domain. Placeholders like {{displayName}} work here too.

Footers are appended to every signature the moment they're enabled — there is no per-template opt-out by design. Edits land within seconds.
Attribute coverage
Which Entra attributes are actually populated. An empty attribute drops its line from the signature. Counts every mailbox in the tenant, including shared mailboxes; B2B guests are excluded.

Activity
Whether the add-in is reaching users: who has applied their signature, whether automatically or by hand, and what has failed. Apply outcomes are reported by the add-in; server-side rows are the backstop.

Users & roles
Who in your organisation can sign in, and what they can do. Invite by email — access takes effect the next time they sign in. Admin can do everything; Editor manages templates and monitoring; Marketing manages banners and link analytics; Viewer has read-only access to monitoring and analytics; Compliance manages legal footers; Billing manages the subscription and user access.

Fleet health
A live scan of every tenant. “Graph access” shows whether we can still read a tenant's directory — lapsed access means its signatures have silently stopped. “Drift” compares licensed mailboxes to billed seats. This reads Microsoft Graph for each tenant, so it can take a few seconds.
