Pricing
Sigil is £0.70 per licensed mailbox / month. Every feature is on the one plan, you're billed monthly, and you can cancel any time. The one optional add-on is priced per organisation, never per mailbox. Prices exclude VAT, which is added where it applies.
What you pay for
- A seat is a licensed member mailbox in your Microsoft 365 directory: the people who send mail.
- Shared, resource and group mailboxes are free. They're unlicensed, so they never count towards seats, even though they still get a signature. That includes sending as a Microsoft 365 Group or distribution list.
- Guests and disabled accounts don't count.
Sigil reads your seat count from your directory automatically, so you're billed only for the mailboxes you have. The count goes up and down with your organisation, so you never manage seats by hand.

Optional add-ons
Add-ons are extras that carry their own cost to run, so they're priced separately, per organisation rather than per mailbox. Nothing is switched on unless you switch it on, from the Billing page in the portal.
- Branded link domain — £10.00 / month, ex VAT.
Serve the tracked links in your signatures from a hostname of your own, such as
links.yourcompany.com, instead of Sigil's shared one. One CNAME record; Sigil issues and renews the certificate.
